Last month I partecipated without any success  to the round 4 of the Crestock Photoshop Contest. The theme was “Apocalyptic Christmas” with the following explanation: ‘The cost of living is up, our savings are gone, our jobs are at risk and the economy is in free-fall. Now all we need is a seasonal greeting card to match!’

Now Xmas is coming and I like present this my work. Notice that only the image of the hand is a my shot.

English isn’t my language and I’m not so clever with the words so I want mark out those ones of a woman and photographer I admire a lot: Birte Ragland

The Choise

You know when you are and you also know when you’re not in the right place at the right time. You never know if it would’ve been different if you’d gone down another road. You always have all these doors off the road you’re walking. There are all these other paths that you might have taken; I think they are always there. Little windows that you sometimes look out of and think, “I could have, I didn’t, but maybe I should have.” But, being in the right place is being in harmony, and when that happens, you’re singing, you’re flying. Eye in the Ear

“The written word taught me to listen human voice, almost as the statue’s lofty pose taught me to appreciate the human gesture.”
